Linda
Greene, owner of Durango Traditions, has been active in the women’s
and men’s fashion industry for many years. She began her career
in the Fashion industry working in her familiy's Haute Couture Boutiques
on Michigan Avenue in Chicago and in the “North Shore”
communities of Evanston, Hubbard Woods and Northbrook. She developed
her skills and expertise through a series of increasingly responsible
positions with several well known specialty boutique stores in Chicago
and its northern suburbs. The better known of these retailers are
Mark Shale, Robert Vance, Ralph Lauren, Barry Bricken Marshall Field’s
and Saks 5th Avenue. Her responsibilities included positions from
entry level sales associate to personal shopper to women’s
store manager and fashion buyer.
